We bought our land in TN the fall of 2009, started driveway/gravel/site work in fall of 2010, hope to finish the first RV site in spring 2011.<br /><br />In 4-5 years we'll put in a pole barn (Stu's Playpen) and then in another 4-5 years, a cabin.
