On A Clear Day, You Can See Forever

Yesterday was another nice day but not entirely a clear day.  It seems we are getting into a cycle like we had last year.  Two or three days of rain with one or two days of non-rain but overcast.  Today and Saturday are supposed to be some more rainy days.  We are looking for a clear day to drive the “Scenic By-Way” that will take us to Brasstown Bald which is Georgia’s highest point.  From their you can see four different states, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; on a clear day, that is.

Oh well, it was a productive day none the less.  Judy worked on her quilting projects while I tended to things outside of the house.  I sprayed for ants and re-strung one of our reclining loungers.  The poor ol’ things are now seven years old and I had to re-string the other one a couple years ago.  They are in great shape otherwise.

So, thar ya have it!!!  Not really a very exciting day but, then again, this in not Star Trek’s Enterprise where one adventure just rolls into the next.  Hope ya have a great Friday.
