“Do you guys want to go out to breakfast?” And Mikee dropped his tools right where he was standing as the four of us scurried out the door heading for the Foley Coffee Shop. You don’t have a dang thing on us, Nick. We’re making science out of this eating out fling. I don’t think that the katts have seen us eat at home in forever. If we keep this up we’ll have to buy bigger clothes and do another stint at the Amazon Fulfillment and Spa Center in beautiful downtown Campbellsville to pay for it all.
After breakfast, we made a stop at Home Depot so Mike could get some more “stuff” to finish his inverter installation project. His old inverter died so he bought a new Xantrex PowerWatt Pure Sine inverter to replace it. Nice!!! You can read all about it on Mike’s blog – click here. And don’t let him fool you, it’s not entirely my fault – he planted the seed on Wednesday afternoon, I just watered it and drove the “get a way” truck - just ask Peggy and Judy.
Being that yesterday was pretty much a wash (rainy and overcast), it was a good day to get thinks done inside. We did go out for a walk and the four o’clock social, but other than that, we managed to get some reading done. West Wing was on television again last night so we watched a couple of episodes of that before “lights out”.
