Let Everything That Has Breath Praise The Lord

We picked up Gil and Orma at nine o’clock sharp and made a short set of tracks to Big Boy for breakfast.  Big Boy was pretty much in crisis mode since a couple of their servers had called in well (or sick or something) which left them short handed.  So everything was slow, but that gave us a little more time to linger over breakfast and chit chat with Gil and Orma.  It sure was a good surprise to see them and enjoy their company these past couple of days.

Once we returned home, we did a few of our daily chores and managed to get set up for the second service at COTES Arm Chair Church.

“Praise God, from Whom all blessings flow; Praise Him, all “creatures” here below;
Praise Him above, ye heavenly host; Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost”

We took our “creatures” (katts) to the church with us yesterday morning; let everything that has breath praise the Lord.  The first picture is of them watching and listening attentively but then, like most kids, they got antsy.  Alex decided it would be fun to worship from under the song leader while Katie just wanted to “get into the act” with the worship team.

After worship, we quickly whipped up some sandwiches for our dinner break at w*rk, donned our w*rking garb, and headed out the door.  For some reason the w*rk day dragged by; it seemed like it was two days long.  We managed to amble home after w*rk and veg out with the computers for a couple of hours before retiring for the night.

This is going to be a long week in that we will w*rk for six days before getting some time off.  Then, next week will be a short one since we’re taking some extra time off to visit with our kids and grandkids.  Yay, a grandkid fix!!!  And then Mike and Peggy will be arriving in a week from today.  Let the good times roll.

That’s all Folks.  May God Bless  - - - - - - - - -
