So, we just stayed at the Plantation yesterday. We started the day by going to the Arts and Craft Fair at the clubhouse where people were displaying their basket weaving wares. We have a lot of talented and creative people hanging out here at the Plantation, that’s for sure.
Then we returned home to finish our household chores and go for a brisk walk (we’re attempting to walk everyday). Next it was onto the Ta Do List followed by hauling out the lawn chairs to sit outside and read. Alex joined us for a little while, he just loves sitting outside in Dad’s lap.
We finished the day by doing more reading and then it was lights out thereby bringing a conclusion to another day at home. What can I say, this hunkering down to replenish our emergency fund isn’t exactly exciting stuff, but spring is coming and we’ll be picking up the pace.
